Hatha Yoga incorporates the practice of Yoga postures (Asanas) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) bringing peace to your mind and body.

Hatha style is relatively gentle and slow in style. Learning to control our breathing plays an important role in helping our body systems to work efficiently; reducing levels of stress hormones, regulating our heart rate and helping us to think more clearly. You’ll focus on relaxation, stretching, toning, improving flexibility and improving your inner well-being.

Our laid back Yoga class style is great for beginners, as well as being suitable for all levels. Regular practice will leave you feeling longer, leaner and more relaxed.
