Our Story

Our Physiotherapy journey began over 10 years ago, working for both the NHS and private practice. We have had many amazing experiences along the way, as well as challenging moments. These led us to question and think about the way we approach Physiotherapy.

We are passionate about movement, and about people. For us, Physiotherapy is more than simply a job. We have taken the opportunity to form Better Humans Therapies, where we focus on having the time to listen, understand, and work with you through your treatment, incorporating Pilates, massage and yoga along the way. Our specialisms include the Integrated Systems Model (Lee & Lee) and Thoracic Ring Approach (LJ Lee), assessing how you move as a whole to find the right treatment approach for you.

We want to help you to achieve long-term lifestyle changes, which we know comes from regular exercise to maintain the benefits of Physiotherapy treatment, so we are delighted that we now offer massage therapy, personal and group training and yoga, as well as Pilates.

Everyone we meet becomes part of our story, and we hope to meet you very soon.
